Chemesis invests in technology. This includes working with partners using the latest equipment targeting multiple extraction methodologies to preserve the quality of the phytocannabinoids and terpenes from cannabis. Wherever possible, commercial agreements include the acquisition of intellectual property, emphasizing the commitment Chemesis places on producing grade-A products, and to lead the industry in both  methodology and innovation.


Chemesis is focused on developing long term partnerships with highly sought-after brands. Chemesis believes partnering with strong brands and distributors is a key to building loyalty that will follow consumers at multiple access points.


Chemesis has developed leading partnerships across the value chain. Through our collaborative approach, we have already seen rapid growth across our vertical markets. We will seek to work through a “boots on the ground” methodology of assisting our local partners to help lead the decision making in each of our unique territories.

Josh Rosenberg


Josh Rosenberg is a former Executive in the Coca-Cola system for over 18 years developing his skills from merchandising, service, call center management, sales, marketing, and operational roles. 

Josh left in 2013 to invest and lead as CEO at Accent Food Services and developing from a single state operation to one of the largest multi-state operators in the Office Coffee Services (OCS) Industry. 

Over six years top line revenue, grew more than 6x, adding strategic acquisitions, and building a strong culture before moving to an active advisory role in 2019.

Terry White

Senior Vice President of Operations

Terry is highly skilled in Convenience, Customer Marketing, Consumer Products, Sales, and Continuous Improvement. Terry has over 25+ plus years of increasing responsibility in the Beverage/ Consumer Goods Industry. As a key member of the inaugural Business Transformation Team at Coca-Cola, successfully led several National and Global projects/ initiatives, outperforming initial projections. 

Terry is well versed with Setting Strategy, Organizational Design, Policy/ Procedures, Procurement, Logistics, and establishing KBIs to measure/ improve Operational Efficiencies. While at CCE, Led NABU in Sales and GP for 4 straight years, overseeing Cold Drink in two different Divisions. He has also been a keynote speaker at the Global Vending Conference for Coca-Cola. Significant experience working at the C-Suite level. 

Eli Dusenbury

Chief Financial Officer

Eli Dusenbury has extensive experience as CFO of both public and private company’s in Canada and the US over a broad range of industries since obtaining his Chartered Accounting designation in 2010. 

Previous to CFO consulting, he worked as an audit manager at both a Canadian and US audit firm with a focus on large scale manufacturing and technology under public reporting standards of Canada and the US.

Vinnie Pappano

VP Sales & Category Management, CBD

Vinnie joins the Chemesis team from the Office Products, Services & Facilities Industry with a strong background in multi-channel B2B sales and operations.

Vinnie’s experience in category management and vendor relations has played a critical role in the development and success of B2B business platforms and go-to market strategies.

In addition to B2B success, Vinnie has turned her experience towards developing and implementing consumer product solutions that are both innovative and focused on customer satisfaction and retention.

Vinnie will have oversight of CBD sales strategy, implementation and execution as well as managing partnerships with key strategic accounts.
