Cancellation windows, return eligibility and any restocking conditions depend on the material, quantity and destination, and are set out in the applicable quotation and confirmation documents.

Material integrity

Because supplied materials are subject to analytical specification, returns are generally only acceptable where the delivered material does not meet its documented specification, or where a return has been agreed in writing in advance.

Report any discrepancy against the delivered documentation promptly through the contact form, quoting your request reference and lot details, so it can be assessed against the applicable terms.
