Ordering & procurement

4 questions

Pricing is displayed on every product page and in the catalogue. Add products to your cart and complete checkout to place a prototype order, or use the bulk order form for large-volume requirements.

Yes — products can be added to the cart and checked out directly in this prototype. No real payment is processed yet; the checkout is structured for a payment gateway at launch.

Samples are handled through the bulk order route in this preview. Note your sample requirement in the enquiry and availability is confirmed together with the quotation.

The cart accepts any quantity for standard orders. For bulk quantities, MOQ and pack sizes are confirmed per product in the quotation.

Documentation

3 questions

Specification sheets for all thirteen catalogue products, product information packages (including a 16-section Safety Data Sheet) for the same products, and technical profiles for the mitragynine materials. All 28 documents are downloadable in the documentation centre.

COAs are batch-specific. They are not published as a document library in this preview; batch documentation is handled with your order and lot. This is logged as an open workflow item.

No structure images are supplied yet. Product pages present verified analytical and descriptive data instead. Structures will be added when approved assets exist — nothing is generated or approximated.

Quality & testing

3 questions

Product documentation references methods including HPLC (USP<621>), HPTLC (USP<203>), ICP-MS for elemental contaminants (USP<730>), and microbiological testing (USP<61>/<62>) where stated for each product.

Each specification sheet states packing, storage conditions and shelf life for that material — commonly 24 months in the original, unopened packaging under the stated conditions.

Yes. Allergen, origin, solvent, gluten-free, non-GMO, BSE/TSE, irradiation/ETO and vegan/vegetarian declarations are issued per product in its information package. They should not be assumed to apply catalogue-wide.

Compliance

2 questions

It varies by product and is stated in each product's documentation. For example, Arecoline Hydrobromide and Glaucine Hydrobromide are documented for research and analytical use and are not for direct human consumption, while other products are documented as bulk ingredients for specified manufacturing sectors.

Product documentation states that downstream finished-product claims and regulatory status are the responsibility of the purchaser. Buyers should review the intended-use statement for each material against their own regulatory framework.
